2、Machine functions:
1. This equipment is used for labeling round bottles or cylindrical objects.
2. Dynamic synchronous tension control supply label, stable and fast supply, ensure the speed and precision of label delivery.
3. The bottle dividing mechanism uses synchronous sponge wheel for stepless speed regulation, and the bottle dividing distance can be set arbitrarily.
4. Label synchronous positioning mechanism, label positioning error is plus or minus 1 mm.
5. Manual man-machine interface, easy to operate, anyone can easily operate and quickly use the equipment.
6. Multi point emergency stop button, which can be installed in the appropriate position of the production line to ensure safe operation and smooth production.
7. The label stripping distance can be adjusted at will, which is suitable for labels of different lengths and debugging, and is easy to use.
3、 Control system:
The labeling host adopts 5-phase servo system. The resolution of 2-phase, 5-phase and micro stepping system is different. The motor of 2-phase stepping system can be divided into 400 grids per revolution, and the motor of 5-phase stepping system can be divided into 1000 grids per revolution. The micro stepping system has the best performance, short acceleration and deceleration time, and low dynamic inertia. It is suitable for the driving of labeling machine with high precision.
