Machine introduction
This is a machine for butter blister packing, which is widely used for the mono dose small volume margarine, shea butter ,cocoa butter, peanut butter blister package. The solid butter will be heated and mixed in the hopper for the next step of feeding from pump.
Working process
How to fill and pack butter into blister package, the working process is as following:
Blister container forming from PVC/PET/ PS film-- solid butter to be heated and mixed in the hopper-- melted butter feeding from pump into blister-- sealing with foil --batch No embossing if needed( or ink jet printing as optional)--cutting--final product output
Performance Characteristics
1. This machine adopts the newest type of transmission mechanism to drive the main drive shaft by the row chain, which can avoid the error and noise caused by the other gear transmission mechanisms.
2. The electrical appliances of this machine adopt imported control system. As per the customer’s requirements, it can be equipped with feeding device for missed material, and detection & rejection device (Omron Sensor) for waste product (lack of material). This machine adopts imported frequency converter.
3. It adopts photoelectric control system, PVC/PTP/Al foil auto-feeding device, and waste packing auto-cutting device to guarantee the synchronous stability of multi-stations at overlong distance.
4. This machine can be equipped with photoelectric detection and correction device optionally and imported stepper traction motor. As with image-mark printing, the package grade can be optimized.
5. This machine is suitable for the blister packing in food, pharmaceutical, medical instrument, hardware and electronic industries.Here we will focus on the introduction for the function of butter packing machine.
